Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

You can track your order using one of the following methods:

  • Tracking email: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Carrier website: Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number directly.
  • 17TRACK (international orders): Go to www.17track.net and enter your tracking number to track packages from most international carriers.

Tracking Not Working?

If your tracking number is not showing results yet, please wait 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email and try again. Tracking information may take some time to update after the package is handed to the carrier.
