Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

We offer domestic shipping with tracking available on all orders.

Delayed Deliveries

In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times or unexpected delays that may occur en route, and we appreciate your understanding and patience should this occur.

In such cases, we will ship out a replacement package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days.

This may especially be true during busier holiday seasons at the year's end.
